- Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
- Assist in coaching and mentoring team members on relevant solutions and support the overall project management process.
- Participate in meetings and workshops to gather business needs and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Document business processes, workflows, and operational manuals to ensure standardization and alignment with compliance, security, and performance standards.
Requirements
- Fluent communication in English to engage both with clients and business stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of commerce platforms, with the ability to convey technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities effectively while engaging multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile practices.
- Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- A consultative and proactive mindset, with the capability to lead discussions and influence decisions.
- Experience working in digital consulting environments is a plus.
- Comfort using or a willingness to learn tools that enhance productivity and collaboration across teams.

- Experience with e-commerce platforms, including knowledge of their functionalities and integrations.
- Familiarity with web development practices that support commerce platforms.
- Experience working in environments with multiple teams or departments focused on e-commerce solutions.
- Experience with the SAP ERP and its integration with commerce platforms
