Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; CPA or MBA is preferred.
The role requires a minimum of eight years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
Experience in food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods is strongly preferred.
The position requires a strong background in cost accounting, inventory management, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing and distribution operations across North America is strongly preferred.
Financial modeling experience is preferred.
Proficient use of a computer, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote), and other related applications or software.
Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP is required.
The role requires strong knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain finance principles.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
Experience working with financial systems such as SAP is required.
