About the role

  • E-commerce Analyst responsible for managing product portfolio and optimizing data flows at Cheil. Focus on enhancing conversion through marketplace integration and quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities

  • Product Catalog Management: Execute the registration and updating of products on VTEX and marketplaces (Amazon, Mercado Libre (ML), Shopee, and others).
  • Quality Assurance (QA): Audit the digital storefront to ensure product descriptions and listings comply with brand guidelines.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve workflows and document new operational procedures.
  • Technical Liaison: Work directly with platform teams and internal stakeholders to resolve blockers and activate products.

Requirements

  • Technical Experience: Proven expertise in the marketplaces ecosystem.
  • Tools: Advanced Excel (focused on handling large SKU datasets and data analysis).
  • Task Management: Practical experience working with Jira.
  • Professional Background: Solid experience in e-commerce operations, with an emphasis on catalog management or portfolio management.
  • Problem-Solving Profile: Analytical ability to propose autonomous solutions to complex day-to-day issues.
