Responsibilities
- Manage, administer, and support the global LAN/WAN network infrastructure, ensuring availability, capacity, and security
- Support SASE architecture, including SSE and SD‑WAN technologies, and monitor SD‑WAN performance
- Configure and maintain cloud-based network solutions, especially within Microsoft Azure
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot network hardware, software, and related systems
- Analyze and resolve network incidents, ensure compliance with internal policies, and maintain technical documentation
- Design, deploy, and optimize network solutions aligned with business needs, including authentication, authorization, and server infrastructure
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting network technologies
- Knowledge of Microsoft cloud services, as well as concepts related to SSE and SD‑WAN
- Strong understanding of principles and best practices in designing LAN, WAN, and cloud environments
- Familiarity with Network and Hybrid Cloud Communication Services, Gigabit Ethernet switching, fiber‑optic cabling, VoIP, and wired/wireless Ethernet networking
- Very good English communication skills
- University degree in IT or a related field
- Experience managing technical implementation projects and collaborating with diverse technical and business stakeholders
- CCNA or CCNP certification
- ITIL Foundation certification (or knowledge)
