About the role

• Technical Business Analyst needed to gather requirements and collaborate on product roadmaps. Join CFC’s Technology Team focusing on low code/no code solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gathering, validating and documenting business requirements.
• Working closely with Product Owners and the Technology Manager to deliver on product roadmaps.
• Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for improvements.
• Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
• Identifying and learning new technologies and their suitability in helping support ongoing improvements and new functionality.
• Technical design and development of more challenging business problems.
• Simplifying information and deciphering technical jargon so it is easily understood by the business.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in a software engineering or similar role
• Strong sense of accountability
• Excellent customer service skills, including written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a small team
