About the role
- Assistant Claims Adjuster supporting claims management in Emerging Risk space at CFC. Engaging in administrative duties and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Involved in general claims administrative duties, supporting the wider team on an ongoing basis.
- Proactively handle a caseload of Emerging Risks claims under supervision.
- Execute excellent administrative duties across various platforms.
- Identify and escalate claims-related issues.
- Ensure claims department acts as an effective TPA according to guidelines.
