About the role

  • Administrative Analyst supporting various office functions including procurement, accounting, and team coordination at Certsys, a digital transformation partner for disruptive companies.

Responsibilities

  • Handle purchasing of materials and/or place various orders as required.
  • Provide guidance to the cleaning/maintenance team.
  • Provide guidance to external service providers.
  • Manage building access registration.
  • Assist with sending documents and packages via the postal service (Correios) and mediate any delivery interruptions.
  • Support the management of mobile devices.
  • Monitor needs and changes to the office infrastructure.
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations in the system.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Update monthly reports.
  • Organize cost allocations/expense apportionments for service providers.
  • Support external accounting with the financial closing process.
  • Manage cash flow.
  • Prepare reports for executive management.
