Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve customer tickets related to integrations and the use of REST/JSON APIs;
Analyze logs, reproduce error scenarios and propose technical solutions;
Perform API testing, validating responses, performance and integrations;
Handle ticket creation, follow-up and escalation to internal teams and vendors;
Support critical incidents, participate in crisis management and communicate with customers;
Document technical procedures, best practices and lessons learned;
Collaborate with development, infrastructure and DevOps teams to resolve complex issues;
Ensure compliance with SLAs and service quality metrics.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Data Processing, Computer Engineering or related fields;
Previous experience in Level 2 technical support or similar;
Knowledge of REST/JSON APIs (interpretation, testing with tools such as Postman, Insomnia or similar);
Intermediate to advanced English (for reading and communication with international customers and vendors);
Ability to handle conflict and crisis management.
**Desired Technical Knowledge:**
Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix (basic commands, log analysis);
Knowledge of SQL databases (simple queries, data analysis);
Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, Kibana or similar). Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes or CI/CD pipelines;
Experience troubleshooting web applications and cloud services;
Nice-to-have: Previous experience with biometric products (facial, voice, fingerprints), digital and electronic signatures (ICP-Brasil, digital certificates, signing portals).
