About the role

  • Auxiliar de Operações responsible for assisting clients with digital certificate issuance via videoconference. Working at a technology company specializing in digital identification and signatures.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct client service via videoconference for the issuance of digital certificates;
  • Strictly follow the current service script during videoconferences to identify digital certificate holders;
  • Operate systems through mandatory platforms to validate holders' data during and after videoconferences in order to ensure the issuance of digital certificates;
  • Review documentation for requests validated by the partner network.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Organized and detail-oriented;
  • Comfortable with technology and digital tools;
  • Must reside in Ilhéus, Bahia (BA);
  • *Desired:* experience as a Registration Agent or other role at a company in the digital certification sector.
