  • Program Manager focusing on advancing health equity strategies for Buckeye Health Plan. Collaborating across teams to manage projects and analyze health outcomes in a complex healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of Buckeye Health Plan's health equity strategy
  • Collaborate in a cross-functional team to identify policies and programs to advance health equity
  • Design, lead, and manage various projects and initiatives
  • Oversee performance of quantitative analysis for health equity initiatives
  • Manage multiple projects through full project life cycle process
  • Provide leadership and communicate project status to stakeholders
  • Negotiate with project stakeholders to secure resources and resolve issues
  • Maintain detailed project documentation as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, related field, or equivalent experience
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years project implementation, product or program management experience
  • Managed care or prescription benefit management experience preferred
  • Experience in Health Equity, Social Determinants of Health preferred
