About the role
- Program Manager managing health education initiatives to improve member health outcomes at Centene. Collaborating with various teams and performing program evaluations.
Responsibilities
- Support health education initiatives within the Quality Improvement Department by planning, implementing, and evaluating strategies
- Collaborate closely with Provider Engagement, Regional Teams, Vendor Management, Population Health Management, and Community partners
- Lead end-to-end program management for health education initiatives supporting QI priorities
- Maintain detailed business process documentation including meeting minutes, action items, issues lists and risk management plans
- Create and monitor department deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Conduct program evaluation and impact analyses
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience required
- 3+ years of quality improvement, program management or project management experience required
- Health care experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience in Health Education, ability to design, implement, and manage health education and wellness programs preferred
