Responsibilities
Position Omexom's power supply systems as a technically proficient and reliable partner for our customers
Ensure order intake for the division
Acquire new customer relationships, develop strategic new business, and support and secure our existing customers across Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg and Hesse
Provide technical advice and develop solutions, supporting projects throughout their duration according to individual requirements
Prepare technical and contractual aspects of proposals
Provide project consulting and support and act as the interface between customers and our project management team
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to develop recommendations for the sales strategy
Requirements
Degree in electrical engineering or qualification as an electrical engineer, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
Sales expertise in electrical power supply and preferably professional experience in switchgear/control cabinet manufacturing
Candidate with technical competence, market knowledge, strong communication skills, customer orientation, negotiation skills, persistence, independence and goal orientation
Fluent in German with strong communication and negotiation skills, combined with a pronounced customer focus and persuasiveness
