About the role

Responsibilities
- Design technical solutions aligned with business requirements, following architectural standards and industry best practices.
- Act as a technical reference for architectural decisions, supporting development teams in implementing solutions.
- Implement solutions fully or partially.
- Conduct technical reviews and performance evaluations of solutions.
- Assess and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools for projects.
- Produce and maintain architecture documentation (diagrams, data models, integration flows, etc.).
- People management and development.
- Prioritization alignment with stakeholders.
- Technical and business monitoring of application health.
- Actively participate in product development, contributing to strategic business decisions.

- Strong understanding of Java multiprocessing techniques (multithreading, parallelism, concurrency) and container scalability, including related load distribution.
- Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Strong understanding and application of code quality principles (SOLID / Clean Code).
- Familiarity and experience with design patterns.
