About the role

  • Coordinator of Analytics managing BI solutions and AI implementations. Leading a team to enhance data-driven decision making in a legal context.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and structure the analytics area (processes, standards, and data governance)
  • Develop and maintain strategic dashboards in Power BI
  • Create data pipelines and automations using Python
  • Integrate different data sources (relational databases, APIs, files, etc.)
  • Work with large volumes of legal and operational data
  • Develop automation solutions to improve internal efficiency
  • Explore and implement AI applications (LLMs, NLP, document classification, etc.)
  • Support strategic decisions with analyses and performance indicators
  • Work closely with product, technology, and operations teams

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, performance optimization, and visualization)
  • Experience with Python for data analysis and automation
  • Experience with databases (SQL required)
  • Experience integrating APIs and data wrangling
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation
  • Previous experience leading or coordinating projects or teams
