About the role

  • Analista de Prevenção de Perdas at C&A ensuring compliance and reduction of stock loss. Collaborating with internal teams for effective resource management and risk analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the schedule for full, partial and expiry-date inventories by coordinating with stores, suppliers and the company budget;
  • Ensure execution of loss-reduction and control Action Plans in stores by verifying implementation with the Loss Prevention team and store managers;
  • Monitor and report the donation budget by unit and ensure no excesses occur without proper approvals;
  • Ensure the quality of information produced by the Loss Prevention area through periodic review of available reports (checklists, control spreadsheets, etc.);
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes with a focus on Loss Prevention by analyzing indicators, spreadsheets and area controls;
  • Provide technical training to Loss Prevention teams through targeted trainings and by introducing technological innovations, applications and omnichannel resources;
  • Act as the interface with Loss Prevention equipment suppliers to ensure timely, high-quality service to stores and that equipment remains fully operational;
  • Assist in resolving internal fraud through investigation, verification and provision of information;
  • Monitor and reinforce risk indicators in Power BI with the Loss Prevention team, identifying potential fraud in store operations and at the point of sale (POS);
  • Support stores in cases of incidents by managing the necessary administrative measures;
  • Oversee and execute opening procedures, including camera mapping and acquisition of equipment relevant to the Loss Prevention area.

Requirements

  • Experience in Loss Prevention;
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration or related fields (Economics, Law);
  • Courses related to Loss Prevention, Risk, Auditing and Compliance are a plus;
  • Availability: able to travel domestically and work flexible hours;
  • Risk Analysis: concepts and techniques for forecasting, measuring and treating business risks;
  • Loss Analysis: concepts and techniques related to investigating operational issues and analyzing results;
  • MS Office (Advanced Excel).
