About the role

  • Senior Operations Specialist providing application and system support to clients. Collaborating on various processes and ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

Responsibilities

  • Independently provides application and system support for clients
  • Resolve a full range of internal and external requests
  • Assist with the coordination of various processes and programs as they relate to client needs
  • May have administrator duties, or oversight responsibilities on applicable systems
  • Prepare responses to client complaints under supervision by more senior management
  • Work on data collection, fact-finding and research
  • May have responsibility to conduct and/or coordinate training of others
  • May have responsibility for compliance and administration of applicable corporate policies, local policies and federal and state regulations
  • May be responsible for documentation
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 5+ years experience in workforce in a responsible position
  • Must maintain licenses and/or certifications relative to area of responsibility
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing both internally and externally
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to travel as necessary
