Responsibilities
Provide oversight of core actuarial deliverables
Assist in the analysis and quantification of risks
Assist in determining the level of contributions required to finance pension, health care, and social insurance programs
Provide expertise in evaluating pension plan liabilities
Design creative ways to reduce the likelihood of undesirable events
Decrease the impact of undesirable events that do occur
Perform cost-benefit analysis of proposed activities

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
Eight or more years of pension actuarial experience
Possesses highly advanced and broad understanding of actuarial principles, practices, and procedures
Expert knowledge of pertinent laws, regulations, and actuarial standards
Expert use of applicable technology
Proficient use of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and enterprise communication and travel solutions (Concur, Skype)
Experience performing work that requires initiative and leadership skills
Experience in coaching and teaching others
Enrolled Actuary (EA)
Effectively represents position on issues to gain support and buy-in from others; works to achieve win-win outcomes that others can accept
