Responsibilities
Manage, coach, and mentor a team of Account Executives across the US and UK.
Drive new customer acquisition across biotech and pharma segments.
Oversee the full sales cycle from pipeline generation through close.
Build and refine scalable sales processes and playbooks.
Own forecasting accuracy and monitor key performance metrics.
Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams.
Bring insights from the field back to inform messaging and product direction.
Requirements
Proven experience as a people manager within a sales organization.
Strong background selling to biotech and pharma mid-market and SMB customers.
Demonstrated success achieving and exceeding team revenue targets.
Experience managing distributed international teams (US and UK preferred).
Strong executive communication and coaching skills.
Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and pipeline analytics.
