About the role
- Manager Logistics overseeing operations in supply chain and logistics within Caterpillar's innovative division. Focusing on maximizing efficiency in logistics operations at the Lafayette Large Engine Center.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and develop logistics plans that affect production, distribution, and inventory specific to area of responsibility.
- Lead the 3rd shift logistics team in executing the daily operational responsibilities required to support the manufacturing processes at the LEC.
- Improve logistics processes through process improvement, prioritization, and project planning.
