About the role
- Digital Product Owner for Cat Digital improving customer experience through product management and stakeholder collaboration. Leading technical enhancements and integration efforts within the Caterpillar ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with key stakeholders throughout the organization to gather information and shape requirements
- Write business features, user stories, and acceptance criteria for product enhancements.
- Work closely with the Product Manager and the UX/UI team to ensure designs meet customer needs and deliver on product objectives
- Partner with other Cat Digital teams to work on product and data integrations
- Responsible for making decisions on release dates and content
Requirements
- Four-year Bachelor’s degree preferably in computer science, information systems, marketing, communications, engineering or related field or equivalent working experience
- Experience in digital product management
- Experience managing projects using Agile software tools such as Azure DevOps, Aha! Or JIRA
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to various audiences (engineering, business partners, and leadership)
- Strong understanding of API integrations and data modeling
- Proven accountability, planning, and organization skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams
