Responsibilities
Responsible for the continuous improvement of our operational processes
Focus on efficiency, quality and cost-effectiveness
Lead cross-functional process optimization projects
Develop sustainable solutions across our entire value chain
Establish Lean and Kaizen methods
Conduct workshops and training sessions
Proactively identify improvement opportunities in logistics, production and daily operations
Support executive management on strategic projects
Work closely with our site managers and teams
Requirements
You have a completed degree – ideally in engineering, business administration or general management
At least three years of professional experience in Lean Management or Operational Excellence
Experience in change management and process optimization, preferably in the food or gastronomy industry
You have leadership experience
Analytical, structured and solution-oriented
Very good knowledge of MS Office; experience with Lucanet or Wawi systems is an advantage
Fluent in German and English
Willing to travel regularly (approx. 40%)
