About the role

  • Digi Ops Team Manager in charge of enhancing customer experience at Severn Trent Water. Leading and supporting a team focused on operational excellence in Coventry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Digi water specialists to improve customer experience
  • Oversee daily operations and prioritization of work
  • Monitor team performance metrics and ensure compliance with response times
  • Promote a culture of learning and empowerment within the team
  • Address customer escalations and implement solutions to improve service quality

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service or leadership roles
  • Ability to deal with customer escalations through various channels (WhatsApp, Trust Pilot, email)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work in an evolving team environment
  • A positive and caring attitude towards customers and team members
