About the role

  • Operations Manager responsible for overseeing the OTC team in Hyderabad. Supporting operations and driving performance management for efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Support the OTC senior manager in settling in new transitions
  • Running day to day operations, including performance management, personnel management
  • Help coordinate local resources to improve operations
  • Act as an ongoing liaison to coordinate with OTC teams
  • Ensure adherence to all Company Policies and Procedures

  • Be fully conversant and compliant with all Environmental Health and Safety procedures
