Responsibilities
Provide program leadership for critical digital transformation efforts for CST Americas
Work closely with key stakeholders and the IT team to develop transformative technology and process solutions
Accountable for managing digital transformation portfolio of projects’ scope, timeline and delivery
Understand customer needs and iterate on concepts and solutions
Develop the overall digital transformation strategy and specific plans for the lifecycle of digital initiatives

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
5+ years of experience as a software product manager, product owner, and/or business analyst
2+ years of proven, hands-on experience in operations
Experience developing and/or delivering technical solutions across data, analytics, and technology
Proven ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed environment
