Responsibilities
- Work in agile, multidisciplinary teams composed of Software Engineering, Architecture, Product, Data, and Design;
- Ensure elasticity and scalability in software development using best architectural practices;
- Detail the functional vision and logical design to the level required for development;
- Support technical design in accordance with solution architecture standards and references;
- Participate in the full application lifecycle, from conception to build;
- Design and evolve our digital products on the engineering platform;
- Create and manage usage and consumption metrics for the components under your ownership, producing reports and presenting progress and recommendations;
- Ensure the team follows software development and quality best practices;
- Promote diversity and a healthy, psychologically safe work environment;

Requirements
- Strong software development practices (SOLID, design patterns, 12-factor, etc.);
- Programming languages: Java, Go, TypeScript, and data structures;
- Software observability and resilience;
- Systems integration;
- Testing and quality assurance;
- Familiarity with AWS cloud provider;
- Knowledge of databases;
- Experience with both back-end and front-end development;
- Experience in Agile project management;
