Responsibilities

Requirements
- Develop Systems: Ability to design, implement, and maintain complex systems, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Understand the Product: Deep understanding of the product, its features, and the target market, to align development with user needs.
- Collaborate with Architects: Work closely with architects to design modern, scalable, secure, and resilient solutions, using software architecture best practices.
- Participate in Agile Ceremonies: Actively engage in agile ceremonies such as sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, and provide ongoing technical support to the team.
- Perform Testing: Execute unit and integration tests, and support the acceptance/homologation process, ensuring software quality and reliability.
- We are modernizing all systems in the foreign exchange and derivatives community, from customer-facing channels to our databases. To do this, we use various AWS services (AWS Lambda, AWS Step Functions, Amazon ECS, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS, among others), with Python and Java for the backend and Angular for the frontend.
