Responsibilities
- Daily activities involve working in a structured squad, collaborating with the tech lead, senior professionals, and peers to develop and improve customer service, sales, and service journeys via WhatsApp, especially for retired customers.
- Uses an internal automation tool (youbot), based on programming logic and flowcharts, with an AWS pipeline, in a low/no-code environment.
- Performs activities such as requirements gathering, documentation, data analysis, risk identification, and participation in discussions to improve the customer experience.
- Continuous learning is encouraged, with room to make mistakes and grow quickly, along with an emphasis on organization, communication, and responsibility.
Requirements
- Have programming logic skills to work with automations and flowcharts in the internal tool.
- Be familiar with AWS to work on the squad's main pipeline.
- Communicate effectively, present and discuss ideas, and collaborate with the team.
- Be organized with documentation, schedules, and processes.
- Learn quickly, take responsibility, and grow from mistakes.
