Responsibilities
- Builds, maintains, integrates and implements software applications within the organization.
- Works with business stakeholders on requirements gathering and translating needs into user-focused solutions.
- Performs software application testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation and support to ensure smooth, stable and timely implementation of new software and updates to installed applications.
- Leads and documents requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
- Coordinates and executes comprehensive E2E testing for products and integrations.
- Continuously identifies opportunities to optimize the product and refine processes.
- Builds complex application configurations to meet user and business requirements.
- Performs advanced programming, configuration, testing and deployment of fixes or updates for application version releases.
- Plays a key role in communication with users to respond to complex application support requests.
- Conducts complex technical application support activities.
Requirements
- Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.
- Experience with SAP and/or ERP Solutions.
