Responsibilities
Develop and maintain tracking and reporting solutions to assist in managing and executing the IT strategy
Provide periodic reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics
Create and deliver executive level presentations that identify key insights and identify key actions that support IT strategy and objectives
Lead and support special projects in support of IT business management functions including expense management, vendor performance and resource tracking and reporting
Conduct periodic benchmarking of IT maturity across key functions
Assist in developing and executing key communication programs and activities to help employees within IT better understand Global IT strategy
Develop, write and edit communications for emails, briefing documents, intranet posts, events and executive presentations for use internally and externally
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent years of relevant work experience required
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in IT, business analysis and/or communications related field
Prior management experience is preferred
Experience working within a large organization in the technology field preferred
Familiarity with IT implementation projects and IT strategy formulation is preferred
