About the role

  • Senior Sales Manager leading the cybersecurity solutions sales strategy in Asia Pacific. Influencing a large sales team and developing relationships with major industrial clients.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the Asia Pacific cybersecurity sales strategy
  • Lead and develop a direct regional sales team of 4–6 Enterprise Cyber Sales Professionals
  • Influence the wider team of over 100 Sales & Sales support professionals
  • Sell complex, multi‑year solutions at C‑suite level (CIO, CISO, CTO, COO, CEO)
  • Act as executive sponsor for strategically important customers
  • Build trusted relationships with National Oil Companies and large industrial groups
  • Deliver sustainable pipeline growth, forecasting accuracy, and AOP commitments
  • Operate effectively within a large, matrixed global organisation

Requirements

  • 10+ years in enterprise software, cybersecurity, or complex solution sales
  • Proven success closing large, multi‑stakeholder enterprise deals
  • Credibility selling at C‑suite and board level
  • Experience in energy, industrial, infrastructure, or regulated industries
  • Prior regional leadership experience in Asia Pacific
  • Background with major software, cybersecurity vendors, or large consulting firms
