About the role

  • Procurement Buyer managing supplier selection and purchase order processing at Honeywell's Monterrey location. Supporting procurement activities and maintaining supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the procurement process including supplier identification, purchase order creation, and follow-up to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support cost control initiatives by monitoring procurement costs and seeking opportunities for savings.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Requirements

  • Experience in procurement or purchasing activities.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management.
  • Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
  • Ability to manage purchase orders and supplier communications effectively.
  • Advanced Excel level
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
