Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategies and initiatives that enhance Direct material procurement efficiency
- Foster team development and influence global decision-making across the BA organization
- Drive results to meet target objectives in procurement
- Assist leading a global procurement organization supporting the delivery of high-quality, reliable, innovative, and cost-competitive procurement solutions/strategies across an annual expenditure of approximately $1.3B
- Play a significant role in driving standardization of activities and process improvement across BA.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of finance executive or accounting experience within a corporate environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of financial principles and practices.
- Proficiency in financial analysis software and MS Office.
- Ability to effectively lead and inspire a team.
- Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or Economics.
- MBA, CMA, CPA preferred
- Manufacturing background and Integrated Supply Chain experience (operationally and finance) – global experience preferred
- Ability to lead and influence diverse, cross-functional teams globally
- Ability to drive business decisions across business teams
- Ability to understand business activities with a view broader than just the finance function
- Experience in a matrix organization
- ERP / systems experience (SAP and Hyperion Planning preferred)
