Responsibilities
Provide reliable secretariat and assurance support to Boards, Steering Committees and key governance forums.
Ensure decisions are informed, timely and compliant.

Requirements
Demonstrated knowledge of quality management, assurance frameworks, and governance practices, preferably gained in construction, infrastructure, or capital works projects.
Ability to apply governance frameworks, compliance checks, and audit processes to ensure projects meet internal and external requirements.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver crisp, accurate reporting and governance documentation for diverse stakeholders.
Experience working within a PMO or Project Controls unit would be advantageous.
