About the role
- Talent Acquisition Specialist leading end-to-end recruitment processes for TechSee's innovative AI solutions. Collaborating with managers, sourcing candidates, and enhancing candidate experience in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create clear, engaging job descriptions
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across various functions and levels
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, social networks, job boards, and other platforms to attract top talent
- Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess both technical skills and culture fit
- Manage and update candidate data in the recruiting system, maintaining an organized and up-to-date pipeline
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies, processes, and employer branding initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes, with a focus on technical or technology-related roles
- Proven experience in sourcing through multiple channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, professional networks, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
