About the role

Responsibilities
- Deploy the OpEx Learning program: write specifications, monitor developments, and create training materials
- Implement the OpEx communication plan: draft news items, create visuals, and organize internal campaigns
- Manage and improve the OpEx SharePoint site: administer document resources, enhance usability, and regularly update content
- Support facilitation of the OpEx community rituals: prepare meetings and follow up on actions
- Create visual content: infographics, presentations, Blink/Teams posts
- Prepare key performance indicators (KPIs) and progress reports on operational maturity
- Provide occasional administrative support
Requirements
- Currently studying digital communication, project management, or continuous improvement/Operational Excellence
- Minimum B2 level of English (spoken and written) to communicate with our international teams
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
- Comfortable with collaborative tools (SharePoint, Teams)
- Creative approach to communication
- Autonomous, rigorous and proactive
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively in an international environment
