Responsibilities
Maintain and update our legal management software and internal servers.
Ensure that every contract, corporate record, and legal file is correctly categorised and instantly accessible.
Manage and organize internal Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation.
Responsible for gathering and keeping these records current to ensure we always remain up to date.
Act as the primary support for our Legal Administrators.
Assist in drafting routine correspondence, preparing document packages, and tracking deadlines.
Provide general administrative assistance to the wider legal team.
Help streamline workflows where needed to ensure the department operates at peak efficiency.
Regularly audit our digital filing systems to ensure data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies or missing information proactively.
Requirements
Experience in an office environment, data management, or a basic understanding of KYC/fiduciary services is an advantage.
High level of precision; the candidate must take pride in maintaining impeccable data accuracy and highly organized documentation.
Fast learner with critical thinking skills to use in fast-paced scenarios.
Proactive problem solver.
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
