  • Warranty Administrator preparing and submitting warranty claims for Big Rock Toyota. Ensuring compliance with guidelines and maintaining detailed records of claims and approvals.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for accurately preparing, submitting, and tracking all warranty claims
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and dealership procedures
  • Process and submit warranty claims in line with manufacturer requirements
  • Audit repair orders to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Liaise with service advisors and technicians for correct documentation
  • Monitor claim status and follow up on outstanding approvals
  • Maintain detailed records of claims, rejections, and adjustments

Requirements

  • Previous experience in warranty administration or dealership service administration
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Knowledge of automotive service processes and manufacturer systems (desirable)
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Current driver’s licence
  • Full Australian work rights
