About the role

  • Administration Officer at Eagers Automotive providing administrative support across departments in a busy dealership environment. Processing vehicle deals and assisting with financial tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Processing new and used vehicle deals
  • Processing bank statements and daily banking
  • Assisting with account reconciliation
  • Helping out with Accounts receivable
  • New and used vehicle floorplan
  • Completing tasks given to you by the Financial Controller
  • Providing general administrative support across the dealership

Requirements

  • Previous administration experience in a busy office environment
  • Automotive dealership experience is highly regarded but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident computer skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
  • A positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
