Bilingual Systems Access Administrator managing user access and identity management for Aviso's IT team. Provisioning and maintaining system access across enterprise systems and applications.
Responsibilities
Provision, modify, and revoke user access across enterprise systems, applications, and platforms based on approved requests
Administer user access provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access controls (RBAC) across systems and applications
Maintain and enforce access management policies, standards, and procedures
Support periodic user access reviews and attestations (privileged and non-privileged access)
Monitor and audit access logs and user activity to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
Maintain audit-ready documentation and evidence for access requests and approvals
Collaborate with IT, HR, and business units to ensure timely and accurate access changes
Manage escalations for high-priority or high-profile access requests
Meet defined SLAs and operational KPIs for access fulfillment
Troubleshoot access-related issues and provide support to end-users
Contribute to continuous improvement of IAM processes, workflows, and documentation
Assist in the implementation of automation and self-service capabilities for access requests
Document processes and maintain access control documentation
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in identity and access management (IAM)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in computer science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in system access administration, IAM, or IT operations
Experience supporting access management in a regulated or enterprise environment
Strong understanding of RBAC, least privilege, and segregation of duties principles
Familiarity with Active Directory / Azure AD / LDAP (user and group management)
Experience with IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta, Entra ID)
Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA)
Experience supporting high-profile or business-critical applications
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Broadridge/Dataphile required
Experience of supporting key client accounts
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail, problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team
Strong commitment to customer service
Fluency (written and spoken) in English and French is required to effectively communicate with partners, clients, and colleagues across Canada
Knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow is preferred
IAM certifications are an asset
