About the role

  • IT Project Manager intern coordinating planning and delivery of technology projects for the Church. Supporting the Tabernacle Choir's technology systems and on-site technical needs.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the planning, producing, and implementing process to create new and revised Church technology products and services
  • Responsible for seeing the project from initiation to delivery
  • Plan and direct the schedule while managing project budgets and working with department directors
  • Work with divine guidance to provide or support technology that furthers the mission of the Church

Requirements

  • Provide on-site technical support during the week including **Thursday evening rehearsals** and **occasional Sunday morning performances**
  • Assist with technical support, project management of Tabernacle Choir systems, and end‑user systems as assigned
  • Respond to basic technical issues in real time and escalate more complex problems to senior IT staff
  • Assist with routine checks of equipment and technology
  • Document issues, resolutions, and observations to help improve reliability and future support
  • Follow established IT and security processes to ensure consistent, high-quality support
