About the role
- Senior Portfolio Analyst focusing on investments, funds, and portfolio allocation at Unicred. Delivering analysis, product development, and market insights to enhance financial services.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed analyses of existing and new financial products, assessing risks, returns, and suitability for the DTVM's clients;
- Collaborate in the development and structuring of new financial products, aligned with the DTVM's commercial strategy and market demand;
- Monitor the performance of offered financial products, providing adjustments and recommendations to optimize performance and competitiveness;
- Conduct market studies to identify trends and competitor movements, proposing actions to maintain the DTVM's competitiveness;
- Produce detailed management reports on product performance and the impact of adopted strategies for presentation to senior management;
- Provide technical and consultative support to commercial teams, assisting with sales arguments and client engagement;
- Identify, monitor, and propose mitigation of risks associated with financial products, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations;
- Manage relationships with financial product providers and partners, ensuring competitive terms and strategic alignment;
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for commercial and operational teams on new products, their characteristics, risks, and opportunities;
- Stay up to date and ensure that financial products comply with applicable regulations and standards;
- Propose innovations and continuous improvements in products and processes to increase efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction;
- Create and ensure the full functionality of investment tools that support commercial teams in closing deals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields (required);
- Postgraduate degree in Finance or Capital Markets (desired);
- Experience in the financial market (required);
- Intermediate knowledge of CVM and ANBIMA regulation and financial instruments;
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and analytical tools;
- Ability to learn quickly;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Proactivity and ability to work in a team;
- Certification: CNPI (required). CGA, CEA, or CFA (advantageous);
- Preferably based in São Paulo, Porto Alegre, or Florianópolis.
