Responsibilities
Developing Cafeyn Premium distribution partnerships across Europe, focusing on assigned countries including the DACH region
Prospecting and sourcing new partners in your assigned verticals, identifying high-potential opportunities
Leading the full sales cycle: building business cases, pitching Cafeyn’s value proposition, negotiating terms, and closing deals
Managing executive relationships with senior stakeholders at partner organizations
Ensuring a smooth handover of signed partnerships to Channel Marketing and Account Management for activation
Contributing to vertical expertise by gathering market intelligence and insights to refine playbooks
Requirements
8–15 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Strategic Sales roles
Experience in B2B2C distribution models (Telcos, Banks/Insurance, Retail/E-commerce, Hospitality/Travel, or related sectors)
A proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing high-value deals with senior stakeholders (C-level, VP)
Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills, with the ability to manage multi-stakeholder, cross-functional processes
Solid grasp of pipeline management, qualification frameworks, and CRM discipline (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
Ability to balance short-term sales execution with long-term partner value creation
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey Cafeyn’s value proposition with impact
Fluent in German & English; additional European languages are a strong asset
