About the role
- IAM Consultant managing identity access governance projects for clients. Position in cybersecurity firm focusing on digital transformation and security compliance.
Responsibilities
- As an IAM Consultant, you will play a strategic role supporting our clients on their identity and access management projects
- As a trusted expert and advisor to business and technical leaders, you will oversee the implementation of IAM solutions, ensuring alignment with security requirements, regulatory compliance and digital transformation objectives
- Gather, analyze and formalize business requirements related to identity, access and governance
- Define target processes (identity lifecycle, role matrix, entitlement management, approval workflows, audits)
- Support technical teams in the functional implementation of solutions such as SailPoint or Memority
- Install, configure and parameterize IAM platforms (SailPoint, Memority, or equivalents)
Requirements
- Degree from an engineering school or equivalent university qualification
- Good level of English
- Initial experience in integrating IAM projects or in a functional consultant role, ideally with certification on Saviynt, Memority, EntraID, Ping Identity
- Knowledge of identity management challenges, role models, entitlement management and workflows
- Strong interpersonal skills: communication, ability to explain and teach
