Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a client service, sales support, or advisor-focused environment
  • 2+ years of leadership or team management experience
  • Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong understanding of group benefits and advisor channels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing performance metrics and operational workflows
  • Proficiency in CRM systems
  • Ability to travel within Alberta as needed
