About the role

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate internal performance and external trends—including market, competition, regulations, and technology—to inform initiative prioritization and risk identification.
  • Synthesize diverse data into clear recommendations for executive leadership, enabling informed decisions and strategic adjustments.
  • Collaborate with finance to assess initiative ROI and integrate findings into annual budgeting.
  • Support execution and scaling of strategic initiatives.
  • Report progress and outcomes to senior leadership, ensuring initiatives meet goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, operational leaders, and project sponsors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Typically requires 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry and at least 5 years in a leadership role within a large multi-state healthcare integrated delivery system.
  • Proven track record in strategic assessments, and execution of enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including trends, regulatory landscape, and challenges.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex information, identify key insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations.
