About the role

- Manage incidents, problem or work requests including configuration changes, minor enhancements, resolution of break-in fix issues, problem solving and troubleshooting, business consulting, system upgrades, data/analysis maintenance, user training and collaboration

- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders

- Experience of supporting applications in oil & gas industry
