About the role

  • Senior Systems Analyst managing incidents and supporting applications in the oil & gas industry. Collaborating with stakeholders and IT support teams to implement changes and enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incidents, problem or work requests including configuration changes, minor enhancements, resolution of break-in fix issues, problem solving and troubleshooting, business consulting, system upgrades, data/analysis maintenance, user training and collaboration
  • Coordinate efforts with other IT support teams
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
  • Set up configuration and implement changes
  • Work with business users and external partners
  • Assist with work estimation and planning as part of Agile implementation in the team

Requirements

  • Experience of supporting applications in oil & gas industry
  • Fundamentals of SQL, C#, and CI/CD
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
