Responsibilities
Join L’Artisan Parfumeur’s International Communications team
Contribute to the development and execution of global brand content, PR, and influencer initiatives
Support the creation of campaign assets for newsletters, the website, social media, and paid media
Coordinate briefs and timelines with internal teams and external partners
Assist with logistics for photo and video shoots (product ordering, scheduling, follow-up)
Ensure final assets are archived and shared on internal platforms (DAM, BCS)
Contribute to the development of campaign toolkits for local markets
Participate in the development and creation of communication materials: press kits, influencer gifts, digital campaigns
Support event coordination with agencies (product launches, influencer trips, brand events)
Take part in influencer selection and activation planning
Track projects with CRM, Media, and E‑commerce teams to align campaigns
Monitor press and influencer KPIs; manage content and product shipments
Ensure the brand’s 360° omnichannel presence and alignment across all channels
Requirements
Master’s level education (Bac +4/+5) or business school with a specialization in communications
Previous internship in communications, PR, or marketing is a plus
Fluent in French; good command of English
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
Comfortable with digital tools and content formats
Interest in the beauty and luxury industries
