About the role

  • Identity Operations Lead managing Identity and Access Management services at Capgemini. Ensuring secure identity lifecycle and privileged account governance for numerous users and applications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead SSO migration from AWS-hosted to SaaS-hosted environments.
  • Manage provisioning/de-provisioning for joiners, movers, and leavers.
  • Enforce SSO/MFA for external-facing applications.
  • Handle incident response (8x5) with on-call support for P1 & P2 issues.
  • Conduct access reviews and monitor IAM platform alerts for anomalous activity.
  • Identify and implement process efficiencies where possible.
  • Deploy PAM tools to Linux systems, database IDs, and service accounts.
  • Onboard privileged accounts.
  • Manage privileged IDs across Windows, Linux, Unix, databases, and service accounts.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve PAM tool issues across all platforms.
  • Support incident response for PAM-related issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation opportunities.

Requirements

  • Strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Access Management and Privileged Access Management processes.
  • Proficiency in BeyondTrust PAM solutions.
  • Knowledge of SSO/MFA enforcement and IAM lifecycle management.
  • Incident response and troubleshooting skills for IAM/PAM environments.
  • Familiarity with AWS-hosted and SaaS-hosted IAM environments.
  • Understanding of Linux, Windows, Unix systems, and database administration basics.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for roadmap and deployment planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for anomaly detection and process optimization.
  • 5+ years in IAM operations with a focus on AM and PAM.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale IAM environments (30,000+ users).
  • Deployment and administration of BeyondTrust PAM tools.
  • Incident management and operational support for critical IAM services.
