About the role

  • Desktop Support Analyst providing first-line IT support across Sydney and Brisbane Capgemini offices. Resolve issues and assist operational staff in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT support
  • Deliver high‑quality technical assistance and desk‑side support
  • Log, categorise, and prioritise incidents and service requests
  • Resolve common issues at first contact and escalate more complex incidents
  • Provide basic support for Windows desktops and peripherals
  • Assist with IMACD activities

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Level 1 / Service Desk / Desktop Support role
  • Basic troubleshooting experience with Windows desktops and laptops
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to follow defined processes, SLAs, and escalation paths
  • Good problem‑solving skills
  • Reliable time‑management skills
