Responsibilities
Delight our customers with professional, personalised fragrance consultations in accordance with Penhaligon's exclusive guidelines
Drive successful sales of our premium products and, together with your on-site team, achieve the sales targets at the counter
Continuously build new customer relationships and ensure our regular customers gladly return to the niche counter
Plan and implement sales-promoting activities together with your team
Ensure our products are always presented in line with the brand image and brand guidelines.
Requirements
Proven professional experience selling premium/exclusive brands, particularly in fragrances, and a personal passion for niche brands
Communicative, personable and a true team player with a strong service mindset and high customer orientation
Enthusiastic sales professional (m/f/d) with good manners and a well-groomed appearance
Comfortable using MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel
Flexible regarding working hours, including weekend shifts
Good German and English skills are required; additional languages are an advantage.
